1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of lotteryuk.net. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

LotteryUK is an independent results and information service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any lottery operator or the Gambling Commission. We do not sell tickets, take bets or pay prizes.

3. Results are for information only

Winning numbers, prize breakdowns and jackpot estimates are collected from published sources and checked against a second source before being marked Confirmed. Under the National Lottery Rules, only the results recorded by the independent draw witness and in the operator's computer system are valid for prize purposes — not this site, and not even the operator's own website or app. Published results may be corrected after the event. Always check your ticket with the operator or a retailer before discarding it, and never rely on this site alone when making a decision about a ticket.

4. Tools on this site

The ticket checker, statistics, odds and tax tools are provided for information and entertainment. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, and no result they produce creates any entitlement to a prize. Every draw is independent; past results do not affect future draws.

5. Using the site

  • The site is intended for people aged 18 or over.
  • You may link to our pages and quote short extracts with attribution.
  • You may not copy or redistribute substantial parts of the results database, scrape the site at a rate that affects other users, or present our content as your own.
  • You may not use the site in any way that is unlawful or that interferes with its operation.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice, including pages, tools and data.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care to publish accurate information, but we do not warrant that the site is error-free or complete. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the content, including an unclaimed or mistakenly discarded ticket. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Third-party links and advertising

Where we link to another site we do so for reference only and are not responsible for its content. Advertising is served by third parties and its presence is not an endorsement. We do not carry links to ticket sales or betting.

9. Corrections and complaints

If a published result is corrected, the change is recorded in the corrections log with the date and reason. To report an error or make a complaint, email admin@lotteryuk.net.

10. Law
