1. Who we are
LotteryUK (lotteryuk.net) publishes lottery results and related information. We are the data controller for the personal data described below. Contact us at admin@lotteryuk.net.
2. What we collect, and why

There is no account on this site. We do not ask for your name, address or date of birth, and we do not build profiles of individual visitors.
3. Numbers you enter are not sent to us
The ticket checker, "have my numbers ever won?", my numbers and the syndicate pool all run in your browser. Your lines are held in your device's own storage, or encoded in a link that only you share. They are never transmitted to our servers, never stored by us, and never included in analytics events.
4. Cookies and advertising
Nothing beyond what is strictly necessary is set until you choose. Advertising is supplied by Google; with consent it may be personalised, and without consent any advertising shown is non-personalised. Analytics only run with consent. You can change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer. The full list is on the cookies page.
5. Who else is involved
- Our hosting provider and content delivery network — they process server logs on our behalf.
- Google — advertising and, with consent, analytics.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where that happens the transfer relies on UK adequacy regulations or on the International Data Transfer Agreement or standard contractual clauses with UK addendum.
6. Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email admin@lotteryuk.net. We reply within one month.
If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
7. Children
This site is intended for people aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We keep the amount of personal data we hold to the minimum that lets the site work, which is the most effective protection available to us.
