Reporting an error in a result

This is the message we act on fastest. Please include:

• The game and the draw date.
• What is shown here and what you believe is correct.
• Where you saw the correct figure, if you have a source.

Confirmed errors are fixed and then published in the corrections log with the old and new values.

What we cannot do

We are an independent publisher, not a lottery operator: we cannot pay prizes, validate a ticket, look up an account or accept a claim. Those all go to the operator that sold the entry. If you believe you hold a winning ticket, contact the operator directly and see how to claim a prize.
