Editorial policy
LotteryUK editorial team is responsible for everything published on this site.
Sources
Results come from the operator's own published data wherever one exists, and from the recognised published feed for games that do not publish machine-readable data. Every set of numbers on the site carries a source line naming where it came from and when it was last updated.
Checking before publication
Numbers are compared against a second, independent source before a draw is marked Confirmed. Until that comparison succeeds the draw is shown as provisional and labelled as such, rather than being presented as final. Anything that disagrees between sources is held back and flagged for a person to look at instead of being published. The badges are explained on how we verify results.
Corrections
If a published result changes — because the operator amended it under its own rules, or because we made a mistake — we publish the change rather than quietly editing the page. The draw page shows a correction banner, the state becomes Amended with the time, and the old and new values appear in the corrections log. Report an error at admin@lotteryuk.net; corrections take priority over other work.
Independence and funding
We are not affiliated with any lottery operator. The site is funded by advertising. Advertising never influences what we publish, we take no payment for coverage, and we carry no links to ticket sales or betting.
What we do not do
We do not predict results, sell systems, or suggest that past results change future odds. Every draw is independent; past results do not affect future draws. Statistics on this site describe what has already happened and are published with the number of rounds they are based on and the rule version in force.
Advice
Guides about tax, claiming and syndicates are general information written for a UK audience. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, and anyone dealing with a large prize should take independent professional advice.
